He was predeceased by: his mother Marie E. Kutcher (Matthews); his brother Matthew J. Kutcher; and his grandfather William. He is survived by: his father William J. Kutcher; his brother Christopher J. Kutcher (Amanda Piccioli) of Blackstone, MA; his grandparents, William P., Clementina "Dina" Kutcher (Creasia) of Blackstone, MA and Josephine Matthews (Stinchfield); his uncle Brian D. Kutcher of Bellingham, MA; and his aunt Kathleen LaBastie (Steven) of Franklin, MA. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles and cousins.
