She was predeceased by: her spouse Rino Grassi; her parents, Vernard Tracy and Kathleen Tracy (Lunt); and her sister Rosalie Leipper. She is survived by: her children, Debra Rossato of Blackstone, MA. and Alan Grassi of Blackstone, MA.. She is also survived by four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
