He is survived by: his wife Pamela Blake-Holmes of Blackstone, MA; his children, Thomas E. Holmes Jr. of Memphis, TN and Lynsey Coelho; his son-in-law Wilmar Coelho; and his granddaughter Cecilia Coelho of Worcester, MA.
