He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard J. and Hilda Sullivan, Sr. (Hiscock); and his sister Phyllis Clark. He is survived by: his son Shane R. Sullivan (Shana) of Blackstone, MA.; and his grandchildren, Emilia and Westley Sullivan. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
