She was predeceased by: her parent Ovila Lavallee; and her sibling Brenda L. Lavallee. She is survived by: her child Kristopher M. Simard; her grandchild Kyler M. Simard; her parent Barbara Lavallee (Thompson); her siblings, William S. Lavallee (Donna) of North Smithfield, RI, Cynthia A. Lavallee (Charles Sullivan) of Bellingham, MA, Bruce A. Lavallee (Barbara) of Woonsocket, RI, Richard M. Lavallee (Robin) of Bellingham, MA and Rebecca J. Bousquet (Michael) of Bellingham, MA; and her former husband Richard J. Simard of Worcester, MA.. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
