He is survived by: his sons, Thomas Ray (Susan) of Blackstone and Lawrence Ray, III (Ann) of Sheffield; his brother Robert Ray of Blackstone; his granddaughters, Kimberly Larson (Phillip) and Tracy Labonte (Steven); his great grandchildren, Mitchell Morse, Emma, Brandon Labonte and Joshua Duncan; and his sister Marilyn Goulet.
