He is survived by: his significant other Stephanie Carter of Blackstone, MA.; his children, Shawn Hopkins, Taylor Dodge, Isaiah Trumble (Amber Roy), Jayden Carter-Martinez and Anthony Carter-Martinez; his mother Karen Guinen (Hopkins); his stepfather Kenneth Guinen (Tex); his father Jay Lontz; his uncle Larry Hopkins; his in-laws, Carol, Clifford Lescarbeau, Bruce and Linda Carter; his siblings-in-law, Jennifer Carter (Donald Horalek) and Kevin Richardson (Caitlin Richardson); his close friend Jason MacDowell (Jay Mac); and his pets, Zeus, Laighla, Keeko and Jeter. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
