He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur C. Allard and Norma F. Allard (Armstrong); his siblings, Gail Donna Belanger, Betty Jo Blais, Judy E. Marchand, Janis D. Lacroix, Arlene Allard, Michael and William Allard; and his siblings-in-law, Jackie Allard, Janice Allard and Gerry Marchand.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Rooney (Ryan) of Shrewsbury, MA and Lindsey Allard (Derek Kirby) of Newton, MA.; his grandchildren, Wyatt and Adelaide; his grand-pup George; his pet Timex; his siblings, Deborah Lombardo of Blackstone, Joseph Allard of Lowell, Kathi Allard, Lois Coutu (Marcel) of Bellingham and Diane Fitzgerald (Kevin) of Bellingham; his siblings-in-law, Karen Allard of Bellingham, Norman Belanger of North Attleboro, Paul Blais of Woonsocket and James Lacroix of Franklin; and also Beth Kelly of Southampton.
