She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Caswell and Rachel (Guthrie); and her brother David Caswell. She is survived by: her siblings, Jane, Jeannie, Johnny, Phil and Neil; her children, Mary, Patricia, Michael, Thomas and Christopher; and her husband Charles Jacobs. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
