He was predeceased by: his wife Martha B. Donaldson; his parents, William H. Donaldson and Helen Donaldson (Skupski); and his siblings, Dorothy O'Connor, Ruth Johnson, Robert and Harold Donaldson.
He is survived by: his children, Lt. Colonel William P. Donaldson and Molly Brown (Jeff) of Allentown, PA; his grandchildren, Craig, Steven Donaldson, Nicole Brendza and Stacy Brown; and his great grandchildren, Chase, Cassidy and Wesley Brendza. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
