He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter J. Souza and Ruby Souza (Ray); his children, Denise Pattison (Charles) of Silt, CO, Pamela Burdette of Billerica, Kimberly Limoli (Joe) of Billerica, Walter Souza III (Beth) of Medford and Joseph Souza (Donna) of Franklin; his wife Joan M. Souza (Ponte); and his siblings, Ruby VonDwornick of Cambridge, Sandra Gauvreau, Bridgewater, Edith Bragel, Patricia Lowe, Lawrence Souza and Richard Souza. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Billerica Council on Aging, 25 Concord Road, Billerica, MA 01821, as the Senior Center was such an important part of Walter's life in his final years.
