He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor J. Sr. and Mary J D'Addario (Bonanno). He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. D'Addario (Degan); his sons, Christopher D'Addario (Robyn) of Billerica and Jeffrey D'Addario (Kris) of Macon, GA; his grandchildren, Zachary, Nathan, Shaile and Annalise; and his brother Richard D'Addario.
His burial will follow at the Fox Hill Cemetery, Billerica in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Kaplan Family Hospice House, 75 Sylvan St. Danvers, MA 01923 or at https://www.caredimensions.org.
