He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Forristall and Elinor Forristall; and his siblings, Deborah "Debi" Forristall and Steven "Frosty" Forristall. He is survived by: his son Thomas McSweeney; and his siblings, Richard Forristall (Patti), Edward Forristall (Sheila), Michael Forristall (Leslie), Eileen Westphal, William Forristall (Lisa), Leo Forristall Jr. and David Forristall (Kerry). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and friends.
