Susan R. Pottie Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Susan R. Pottie of Billerica, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 12, 2025 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Susan leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice Daye and Madeline Daye (Currier). She is survived by: her granddaughter Bryanna Pottie; her great grandchild Jayson Ingram of Billerica; and her siblings, Lucille (Bill Durost) of Tewksbury, Marilyn (Bill Peabody), Linda Bucuzzo of Haverhill and Eddie Daye of Maine.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Burns Funeral Home (354 Boston Rd, Billerica, MA 01821). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Billerica Country Club (51 Baldwin Rd, Billerica, MA 01821).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Susan's name to the Mass General Hospital Cancer Center, MGH Cancer Center (https://giving.massgeneral.org).
