She was predeceased by: her sibling-in-law Thomas Higgins; her parents, Joseph Labo and Elizabeth (Conant); and her parent-in-law Francis Higgins. She is survived by: her husband William T. Higgins of Billerica; her children, Christopher Higgins of Andover, Elizabeth Caressimo (John) of Norwood and Andrew Higgins; her brothers, Fred Labo (Mary), William Labo of Plymouth and Vincent Labo (Jennifer) of Marshfield; her siblings-in-law, Cammy Fournier of Woburn and Brenda Higgins of Lowell; and her mother-in-law Carmella (Mazza). She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, relatives and dear friends.
