She is survived by: her sister Lowell Clark-Cook; her parent Nancie Clark (Maddox); her daughters, Dawn Clark of Nashua, NH, Heather Garrett of Crossville, TN, Jennifer Garrett of Millis, MA and Leslie Derochers of Deltona, FL; her grandchildren, Kirsten Garrett, Eli Adkins and Orion Derochers; her siblings, Michael Clark of Toledo, OH, Jeffrey Clark of Toledo, OH, Linda Stetler of Toledo, OH and Debbie Clark of Toledo, OH; and also Susan E. Clark-Cook.
