He was predeceased by: his parents, Frankel Felt and Cenelia Julien. He is survived by: his children, Roseline Darbouze of Chelmsford, Erly Felt of Chelmsford, Anderson Felt of Boston, Johanne Felt of Haverhill and Serge Felt of Baltimore; and his sister Simone Francois of Haiti. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 8 greatgrandchildren.
