She was predeceased by: her siblings, Abraham Shapiro, Clarence Shapiro, Benjamin Shapero, Phillip Shapero and Rosalie Trager; and her son-in-law Robert Suozzo.
She is survived by: her parents, Max Shapiro and Sarah Shapero (Zitaner); her children, Sheila Berman Suozzo of Clifton Park, NY and Karen Berman-Mulligan (Mike) of Lexington, MA; her grandchildren, Jennifer Albornoz (Jordi), William Suozzo (Sarah) and Daniel Suozzo; and her great grandchildren, Josephine, Cecilia, Ewan Albornoz Mulligan and Jack Suozzo.
