He was predeceased by: his siblings, Edward, Richard Duffett and Carolyn Morton; and his parents, Edward Duffett and Mary Duffett (Harrington).

He is survived by: his wife Kathleen M. Duffett (Winters); his daughters, Kerry Sullivan (Brian), Stacy Rumley (Scott) and Erin Darcey (Tim) of Billerica; his brother John Duffett of Chelmsford; and his grandchildren, Owen, Chloe, Brenna, Brady, Chase, Kaitlin and Morgan.
