She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip E. Harrington and Francis Harrington (Wells); and her sister Beth Etsell. She is survived by: her husband Donald B Sherwood, Sr.; her children, Stacey Chapley (Paul Michael) of Deerfield and Donald B Sherwood, Jr. (Sonja) of South Hadley; and her siblings, Philip E. Harrington, Jr of Turners Falls and Sheree Markwarth of Wayland.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Fisher Home in Amherst, Ma or the Alzheimer's Association.
