He was predeceased by: his parents, Mathavadi Policarp and Annamma Policarp (Anthrayose). He is survived by: his wife Miriam James (Iype Ombalayil); his children, Shiney James of Burlington and Shibu James (Blossom) of Milford; his siblings, Nelson, Alosious Policarp of India and Stella Edwards of India; and his granddaughter Ava James.
