He was predeceased by: his sibling Chucky Blake. He is survived by: his wife Valerie M. Blake (Higgins); his children, Mark, Graziela Blake of Billerica, Todd, Marchann Blake of Topsfield, Eric and Christina Blake of Leominster; and his siblings, Eddie Blake, Ronnie Blake, Judy Frias, Sissy Hobbs, Karen Grafton, Lilly Miller and Helen Allen. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
