We are sad to announce that on September 1, 2021, at the age of 64, Patricia Ann Smith of Billerica, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Patricia Smith (Carroll) of Billerica and Samuel P. Smith; her sister Lisa of Tewksbury; her nieces, Kristen, Megan and Erin; her brothers, Dennis (Stephanie) and Edward (Ela); her nephews, Brian of Florida and Erik of Florida; her brother Sam; her friends, Doreen, Martha and Esther; and her pet LuLu. She was also cherished by several aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Billerica Memorial High School Athletic Association, 35 River Street, Billerica, MA 01821 to help provide graduating student-athletes with college scholarships.

“If u read this Patricia, mother of Patti Smith, I am so deeply sorry on hearing of Patti's death. I do not buy the Lowell Sun and the way I found out is sending her a xmas Card and it was returned and I called and the No. was not available. I also phoned d u and it was the same. I presume u are in Fla.. I felt Patti and I were friends. We confided in each other., despite the age difference. Her illness must have progressed. Again, forgive me for not attending her wake. As I said I did not know.”
