He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael F. Costello and Josephine A. Costello (Junta). He is survived by: his wife Laura A. Costello (Francalancia); his daughters, Michelle Costello-Pucillo (John) of Billerica and Julie Costello (Eric Hersch) of Tewksbury; his siblings, Joseph Costello of Billerica, Marie Lynde of Billerica and Margaret MacIntosh (Stephen) of Billerica; and his grandchildren, Talia, Tessa, Téa and Tatiana Pucillo.
