It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary J. Hentz (Billerica, Massachusetts), born in Lawrence, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 9, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Robert E. Hentz; her parent Fredrick Scharn; her child Robert Hentz Jr.; her grandchild Danielle Griffin (Hentz); and her sibling Rose Womble.
She is survived by: her parent Dagmar Scharn (Wilson); her sons, William Hentz (Michelle) of Billerica and Steven Hentz (Jean) of Billerica; her brothers, Harold Scharn of Lawrence and Frank Pohle of Vancouver; her grandchildren, Derek Hentz, Sarah Heron (Hentz), Ashley Hentz, Stephanie Hentz, Courtney Hentz and Molly Hentz; and her siblings, Frederick, Robert and Raymond Scharn.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 309 Waverly Oak Rd., Waltham, MA 02452 in memory of her late husband.
