She was predeceased by: her husband Leon A. Wheeler; her parents, Alexander VanDyck and Adele VanDyck (Koelman); and her son William A. Wheeler. She is survived by: her grandson Dale; her daughter Helen V. Hammond (David P. Hammond) of Bluffton; her caregiver Dale C. Wiggins; and her brother Charles VanDyck. She is also survived by many great grandchildren and extended family members and friends.
