DeBenedictis Jr. (Faith Maslin) of Billerica and James DeBenedictis (Eunice Zaroulis) of Lowell; his siblings, Daniel DeBenedictis of Billerica, Vincent DeBenedictis of Hampton, NH, Anthony DeBenedictis (Lucia) of Hudson, NH, Carmine DeBenedictis Jr. of Billerica, Angelo DeBenedictis (Lillian) of Carlisle, Peter DeBenedictis (Barbara) of Ohio, Agnes Spinney of Billerica, Anna Mason of Harvard, Caroline Vitale (William) of Billerica and Pauline; his grandchildren, Larry III, Devone, Danielle and Carmen; his great grandchild Giovanny; his brother Paul DeBenedictis; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara DeBenedictis, Albert Spinney, Jack Mason and Alice DeBenedictis. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
