Shapleigh (MacKenzie); his mother Violet Shapleigh (Careen) of Billerica; his children, Kevin "KC" Shapleigh (Julia Burt) of Leominster, Erin Shapleigh of Billerica and Kelly Shapleigh of Billerica; and his sister Karen Shapleigh of Billerica. He is also survived by his in-laws and many friends.
