He is survived by: his wife Diane Barry (Carroll); his son Michael Kevin Barry; his siblings, Donna Barry of Swampscott, Maureen Barry of Billerica and Timothy Barry of Wakefield; his nephew Chris (Rachael Barry) of Salem, MA; his niece Lauren (Colby Newman) of Michigan; and his great-nephew Hudson.
