She was predeceased by: her spouse Philip E. Cook; her child Philip S.; and her sibling John Allen. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Atkinson (Richard) of Vero Beach, FL, Catherine Campbell (Robert) of Billerica, John Cook (Connie) of New Ipswich, NH and Thomas M. Cook; and her siblings, Ellen Allen, Thomas Allen and Mary T. Allen. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Katherine's memory to the Merrimack Valley Hospice, 360 Merrimack St. Lawrence, MA 01843.
