He is survived by: his children, Kevin Balboni (Maria) of Carlisle, MA, Karen Donovan of Milford, NH, Lynn McGowan (Kevin McGowan) of Nashua, NH and Kim Richard (Tim Richard) of Nashua, NH.; his wife Mary F. Balboni (Cronin) of Wolfeboro; his grandchildren, Ryan McGowan, Vanessa Wickens, Kevin McGowan Jr., Michaela McGowan, Andrew Balboni, Emily Richard, Celeste Balboni and Jack Donovan; his great grandchild Julian Wickens; and his siblings, Lorraine Screnci, Barbara Pagliuca, Lauretta Raffi, Richard Balboni and Donna Ciampo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, at the family's request donations may be made in Joe's memory to the following charities: Wolfeboro Police Benevolent Association, Wolfeboro Children's Christmas Fund, or the Wolfeboro Food Pantry.
