He was predeceased by: his father John E. Hayes. He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Saraceno of Marblehead, Susan Beale of Billerica, Beverly Morrison of Tewksbury, James Hayes of Chelmsford, Thomas Hayes of Hallandale, FL, Richard Hayes of Groton and Michael Hayes of Tewksbury. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
