He is survived by: his parent Catherine Merrill (Darby); his siblings-in-law, Sharon Merrill and Louis Smith; his daughter Kate Sweet of Andover; his siblings, Daniel Merrill (Sharon) of Lawrence, Robert Merrill of Tewskbury, Kathleen Reardon of Andover and Nancy Smith of Sarasota, FL.; and his granddaughter Charlotte Sweet.
