With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John F. McCarthy of Billerica, Massachusetts, born in Medford, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 13, 2021 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Helen McCarthy (McDonough); his parents, John J. and Frances McCarthy (Coughlin); his children, Mary-Jane Summers (Daniel) of Hopedale, Kevin McCarthy (Lee An) of Hudson, NH and Sean McCarthy (Sherry) of Dennis; his grandchildren, Cameron, Devlin, Skylar, Brenna, Dylan, Keala, Abigail and Cylas; his siblings, Joanne (Dennis Hourihan), Peggy (Joseph Solano), Stephen McCarthy, Rita Kathleen (Roland Sullivan) and Denise (Michael Montalto); his sister-in-law Kathleen Rocheleau; and his brother David McCarthy. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
