Janice Carney Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Janice Carney of Billerica, Massachusetts, born in Lowell, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 7, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Carney; her parents, William Duffy and Mary Duffy (Donnelly); her brother William Duffy Jr.; and her daughter-in-law Gina Carney (Marcotte).

She is survived by: her sons, James (Diane Carney), Joseph Carney of Billerica Ma, John Carney (Linda Snow) of Lowell Ma, Jeff Carney of Lowell Ma, Jay (Laura Carney) and Jason (Tracy Carney); her sister Doris Manekas of Chelmsford Ma; and her aunt Emma Powers of Marshfield Ma. She is also survived by many Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 11th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McDonough Funeral Home (14 Highland St, Lowell, MA 01852). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
