Rutstein in Billerica, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 11, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John and Mary Dwyer (Waggett); and her siblings, Robert, Jack, Philip Dwyer and Eleanor Barry.
She is survived by: her husband James F. Rutstein; her daughters, Jill Smith (Mike Boucher), Kerry Rutstein of Nashua, NH and Jennifer Rutstein (Cory Lombardo) of Billerica; her sister Rosemary Darling of Quincy; her grandchildren, Brendan Rutstein, Kaleigh Rutstein, Matthew Lombardo and Emma Smith; her great grandchild Jayden Rutstein; her sister-in-law Barbara Rutstein; and her close friends, Peggy Delaney, Karen Goodwin and Mary Kinsman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
