It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacquelyn F. Declercq of Billerica, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 30, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Smith and Carol Smith (Whittemore); her brother Gerald Smith of Amesbury, MA; and her aunt Elinor Payne of Grand Prairie, TX. She is survived by: her daughter Nichole DeClercq (Ericka Avery) of Manchester, NH; her sister Valerie Clark; her brother-in-law Donald Clark of Nashua, NH.; her uncle Larry Payne; and her cousins, Vicky Carroll (Payne) and Michael Payne.
