He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Blake Sr. (Hank) and Celia Blake; and his siblings, Donald Blake, Pauline Blake, Alan Blake, Richard Blake, Jean Surprenant and Jacqueline St. Louis.
He is survived by: his wife Geradine A. Blake (Gerri); his children, Genelle A. Morris, Nicole M. Miner (Robert Miner) of Chelmsford, MA. and Harold W. Blake III (Hank) of Burlington, MA.; his grandchildren, Michaela Morris, Matthew Miner and Mollie Miner; and his sisters, Barbara O'Leary and Sandra McKenna (Richie McKenna) of Billerica, MA.
