He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Dumais and Josephine Dumais (Matte); his wife Winifred A. Dumais (Joyce); and his grandson Brandon Dumais. He is survived by: his son Gerald R. "Jerry" Dumais of Woodbridge, VA.; his siblings, Bernard Dumais of Gulfport, Claire Lavoie (late Larry) of Lowell, Jackie Brouillette (late Edward) of Dracut and Claudette Gagnon (Jerry) of Lowell; and his grandchildren, Shannon, Shawn Dumais and Marc Rivera, Jr.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
