He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carole; his sons, Scott Acone (Deborah) of Groton and Christopher Acone (Lea) of Billerica; his grandchildren, Emily, Lauren, Ryan and Abby; his sisters, Margaret Robinson, Rita Sagalyn of Concord, Dorothy Pettus, Elizabeth Ahomen and Marylou Tschirch; his parents, Irish Immigrants and Elizabeth Callahan; and his sister Carole. He was also cherished by his sons, nieces and nephews, and eventually, his grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Gerry's name, may be made to Save the Children.
