He was predeceased by: his daughter Nancy A. Kenney; and his brother Harold. He is survived by: his wife Loretta Kenney (LoConte); his daughter Elaine Cloutier (David) of Billerica; his granddaughters, Stephanie Cloutier of Enfield and Gina Cloutier of Billerica; and his siblings, Francis, William, Charles, Paul Kenney, Kathleen Arsenault and Patricia Regan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
