He is survived by: his daughter Jill Waters of Tewksbury, MA; his brother Gene Waters of Fremont, NH; his nephews, Paul Waters and Matthew Waters; his friends, Chelsea, Andy Espinola, Sheila Napolitano and Maddox Eaton; and also Doreen Dixon of Lowell, MA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
