Wiggins (Billerica, Massachusetts), born in Somerville, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 1, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gilbert Wiggins and Vera Wiggins; his sisters, Cindy and Barbara; and his children, Tom and Katie.
