He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hernon and Pauline Hernon (Kelly); his brothers, Thomas and George Hernon; and his brother-in-law Kevin Collins.
He is survived by: his son Jeffrey; his daughter-in-law Rosemary; his grandson Justin (Janet Hernon) of Billerica, MA; and his sisters, Virginia (Ed Perry) of Lowell, MA and Dorsey Collins of Derry, NH. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
