He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen M. Vogan (McNeill); and his parents, Floyd L. Vogan Sr. and Rose F. Vogan (Juliano). He is survived by: his children, Jayme Cerullo (Christopher) of Billerica and Samuel Peterson-Etem (Chase) of Minnesota; his siblings, Paul Vogan of Billerica and Charleen of Kansas; his granddaughters, Chiara and Darianna Cerullo of Billerica; his great-nephews, Benjamin and William; his great-niece Ella; his stepdaughter Carol; and his stepgrandchild Alivia.

Visitation was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and at 7:00 PM at the Sweeney Memorial Funeral Home (66 Concord Rd, Billerica, MA 01821). The military honors was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Fox Hill Cemetery (130 Andover Rd, Billerica, MA 01821).
