He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene J. DiFrancesco Sr. and Rose DiFrancesco (Rennell); and his son David DiFrancesco. He is survived by: his wife Nancy E. DiFrancesco Jr. (Gibb); his children, Charlene Bishop of Maynard and Eugene DiFrancesco III of Billerica; and his siblings, John DiFrancesco of Billerica and Rosemarie Melanson (Donald) of Burlington. He is also survived by his four grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
