He is survived by: his children, Diane Milliken (Rick) of Nashua, Tom Melendy (Dawn) of Billerica and Mike Melendy (Chrissie) of Indialantic, FL; his siblings, Al Melendy of Billerica and Carrie Calilio of Maine; and his grandchildren, Ryan, Kirk, Casey Milliken, Tiffany and Trevor Melendy.
