He was predeceased by: his parents, Generoso D'Apice and Antoinette D'Apice (DeChristoforo); and his brother Rudolph D'Apice. He is survived by: his children, Jerry (Renae) of Malden, Dominic (Alyson) of Odenton, MD, Brian (Jennifer) of Beverly, Timothy (Tyler Doherty) of Somersworth, NH, Jennifer Souza of Wilmington, Lindsay Medrano (Jaime) of Billerica and Joseph Souza of Billerica; his grandchildren, Megan, Jessica, Christopher, Nicholas, Adam, Celia, Emery, Kamyla and Harper; and his wife Barbara D'Apice (O'Brien). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
