With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Diane M. Duggan (Billerica, Massachusetts), born in Rockland, Maine, who passed away on March 22, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Romanoff and Florence Romanoff (Kane); and her sibling Beverly DesVeaux. She is survived by: her spouse Thomas Duggan; her granddaughter Patti Benjamin (Lance); her great grandchild Becca; her grandson Tim Duggan (Tina); her great grandchildren, TJ, Jack and Greg Duggan (Michele); her brother William Romanoff; and also, Thomas and Averie.
