She was predeceased by: her husband William Tatten; her parents, George Sinclair and Elizabeth Sinclair (Walsh); and her brother George Sinclair. She is survived by: her children, Kristina Phelan (Timothy) of Hampton, NJ, Kelly Tatten of Billerica, Kaitlyn Tatten of Billerica and Scott Tatten (Jennifer) of Hudson, NH; her brother Dennis Sinclair of Tyngsborough; and her grandchildren, Xavier Tatten-Desarmes, KariAnn Bates, Tristan Phelan, Adele Tatten, Zachary Tatten-Desarmes, Avery Tatten-Desarmes and Josselin Tatten.
Deborah's funeral arrangements will be held at a later date, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the MSPCA, http://www.mspca.org.
